Depression, sadness, fear, anxiety, and anger can have a devastating impact on your life: your relationships, employment, and physical health.
We can work together to look at the source of your problems, to rebuild your confidence, improve your relationships and help you reclaim your well-being.
Life is much easier when you enjoy your job and have good relationships with your managers and
co-workers. When this is not the case, the working week can stretch out in front of you.
Most of us have to work regardless of how we feel about it, which can be very stressful and lead to physical and mental ill health.
Together we can discuss your work issues and develop strategies to help you manage, and enable you to feel more fulfilled.
I am offering online sessions due to Covid-19 precautions. For anyone wishing to have face to face sessions, my therapy room is organised to
allow 2 metre distance between us.
I do ask my clients to please cancel face to face sessions if they develop Covid-19 symptoms.
And I of course will do the same.
